Argel Rojo is a Mexican photographer and filmmaker living in Los Angeles. Specialized in Editorial Photography, Portraiture and Fine Art Conservation Photography. His work explores sexual communities, alternative lifestyles, and gay and queer culture emphasizing the diverse array of lived experience and human relationships. Working with individual artists and organizations such as Los Angeles Performance Practice, Industry Opera, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, he has documented art objects, exhibitions, performances, and immersive installations and contributed footage to documentaries including Alexandro Segade & Malik Gaines's Star Choir (2023).
